Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate and project sales segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as procurement heads, builders, architects, consultants, and interior designers.
  • Pitch suitable home appliance solutions to meet the unique needs of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients.
  • Drive end-to-end project sales cycle from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and final closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide customized appliance packages for projects.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and project status in the CRM.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows for brand and business promotion.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in B2B / corporate / project sales, preferably in the home appliances, consumer electronics, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of handling large project deals and corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network within the real estate, architectural, and design communities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
