Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the dealer and corporate customer base for home appliances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase sales volume.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and training sessions for dealer staff.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking activities.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, dealer events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM 5:30 PM) and Saturday (8:30 AM 1:30 PM).


Requirements

  • Full or part-time professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the Corporate/Dealer sector in a similar capacity.
  • Prior experience in the Electronics sector would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and people-handling abilities.
  • Age preferably below 40 years.
