About the job Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Accounts Receivable activities including payment processing and customer account updates.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate records of outstanding balances.
  • Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Process Accounts Payable documents and assist with vendor reconciliations.
  • Support core accounting tasks such as maintaining account schedules and entering petty cash transactions.
  • Communicate effectively via email with internal teams and external parties to resolve payment and accounting queries.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and accounting software (AccPac or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
