Executive/Senior Executive- Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Promote freight forwarding services through strategic marketing campaigns and networking activities.
• Address customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide solutions to meet client logistics needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations and resolving service-related issues.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare reports to track sales progress, revenue growth, and market trends.

Requirments

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
