About the job Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide market insights including competitor activities, customer feedback, and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager and Head Office to support marketing strategy development.
  • Oversee procurement, printing, dispatch, and delivery of local marketing materials.
  • Train and monitor Medical Representatives (MRs) and Area Business Managers (ABMs) on marketing strategies and materials.
  • Supervise external digital ad agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Conduct regular medical refresher trainings for field teams.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs).
  • Coordinate scientific services, attend conferences/CMEs, and support ABM-led activities.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify new product opportunities and develop business plans.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement through effective internal and external coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer focus and strong planning & execution capabilities.
