Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the          industry.

* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

* Handle negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies effectively.

* Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

* Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Fluency in Sinhala/Tamil/English (as required for the market).
