Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (both physical and digital).
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and other inputs.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and performance review cycles.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining HR documents, filing, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
  • Familiarity with ISO or other regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
