Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment including posting ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Track employee attendance and leave records
  • Assist with HR policy implementation and audits
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations
  • Help coordinate staff events, training sessions, and team-building activities
  • Ensure timely updating of HR databases and software systems
  • Liaise with external HR vendors and service providers

Requirements

  • Professional qualification or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 1+ years experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Sri Lanka.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
