Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Retrieve and organize data as required for reports and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed.
- Communicate with relevant departments to ensure data consistency.
- Identify and correct data errors promptly.
- Follow company procedures and data management policies.
Requirments:
- Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
