Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders throughout the entire processfrom receipt and processing to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the procurement team and promptly update customers on any delivery.

Requirements
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level in the Science stream; holding a degree or
- diploma in science will be considered an additional qualification.
- Ideally possesses 23 years of experience in a related position.
- Strong command of English with fluent Sinhala communication skills, and capable of working independently in a digital/IT-based work setting.
