About the job Production Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
  • Support in supervising production staff and providing necessary training.
  • Track and report raw material usage and inventory levels to prevent shortages.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Conduct routine checks on equipment and report maintenance needs to the Production Manager.
  • Maintain accurate production records and assist in preparing performance reports.
  • Address minor production issues and escalate significant challenges to the Production Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a production role, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
