Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient freight movements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping documentation to comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and agents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Utilize the Gensoft ERP system to manage and track shipments, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Negotiate with carriers and agents to secure the best rates and terms.

Requirments:

  • Full or partial qualification in a degree/diploma related to logistics or supply chain management.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in the Gensoft ERP system or similar logistics software.
  • Excellent communication, public relations, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
