Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on products, therapeutic areas, medical science, and regulations.

• Identify training needs and evaluate effectiveness.

• Work with Medical, Regulatory, Sales & Marketing, and QA teams to keep materials accurate.

• Conduct onboarding for new hires and refresher sessions for staff.

• Maintain training records to meet audit and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a training or scientific communication role.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas, drug development, pharmacology, and medical communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
