Responsibility
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Customs Brokerage).
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
- Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and negotiation discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, inquiries, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience in the Freight Forwarding industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of international logistics, supply chain, and shipping processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Age between 25 - 45 years
