Responsibility

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Customs Brokerage).
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
  • Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and negotiation discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, inquiries, and customer interactions.

Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience in the Freight Forwarding industry (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of international logistics, supply chain, and shipping processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
  • Age between 25 - 45 years
