Showroom Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager for our client company in the hardware retail industry to oversee daily showroom operations, manage and motivate staff, and drive overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day showroom activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate showroom staff to maintain high service standards.
• Drive sales targets through effective sales planning, product promotion, and customer engagement.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and supplier coordination.
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and aligned with merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in showroom or retail management (hardware sector preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of hardware products and retail operations.
• Experience with inventory control, POS systems, and sales reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
