Executive - Warehouse & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching flooring materials efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks, reconciliations, and updates in the inventory management system.
• Coordinate logistics activities such as delivery scheduling, route planning, and transportation arrangements with drivers and suppliers.
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage of flooring products to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and logistics reports to management

Requirements

• A diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing or building materials environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with ERP or warehouse software.
• Ability to coordinate transportation, deliveries, and stock movements efficiently under tight timelines.
