Executive - Quality Control and Factory Supervision

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout all stages of production.

• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials and finished goods.

• Supervise daily factory operations to meet production and quality targets.

• Identify and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily production and quality reports.

• Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or factory supervision.

• Sound knowledge of QA/QC processes and ISO standards.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
