Responsibilities

• Offer hands-on technical guidance to workshop technicians on vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Identify complex technical issues and escalate to management for resolution.
• Keep the team updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Coordinate workshop schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Mentor and support junior technicians to improve skills and performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, workshop protocols, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or trade certificate in Automobile Engineering from a recognized institute (e.g., CGTTI, ATI, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years in a Service Advisor, Body Shop Controller, or technical supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop the workshop team.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and customer-focused.
