Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-based sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, and project developers.
• Identify new business opportunities and secure specifications for company products.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in the Project sector in a similar capacity.
• Technical knowledge of Air Conditioning (AC) and Refrigeration will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to consultants and architects preferred.
• Strong initiative, ability to work under pressure, and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Preferred age: Below 40 years.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
