Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations to ensure smooth functioning of the service center and workshops.
- Supervise and support service advisors, technicians, and staff to maintain high service quality.
- Handle customer service requests, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
- Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
- Coordinate with the technical team for accurate diagnosis and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor service KPIs and collaborate with management to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- HND / Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Technology (or equivalent qualification).
- 3 - 5 years experience in service operations within the automobile, consumer electronics, or EV industry.
- Strong understanding of technical service processes, diagnostics, and warranty handling.
- Proven experience in team supervision, performance management, and staff training.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills..
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and service management software.
