Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support Sales & Service teams in achieving targets and daily operations.
- Maintain customer and dealer databases with timely communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and provide insights to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure effective resolution with the sales team.
- Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and after-sales support, including RMV and leasing-related coordination.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and company events.
Requirements
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L; part qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 2 years total experience in Sales Administration, including 2-3 years in similar role.
- Experience with vehicle registration and leasing processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Age below 45 years. Male candidates preferred.
