Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads.
  • Identify potential clients and assess their web development needs.
  • Present tailored web solutions that highlight Torch Labs capabilities and past work.
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline through the entire sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to prepare proposals, pricing, and project scopes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Track outreach performance and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support retention and repeat business.


Requirements

  • Availability to work USA hours: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (Sri Lanka Time - Hybrid).
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales related to web development or digital services.
  • Proven success with cold outreach and closing sales deals.
  • Strong understanding of modern web design and development trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using sales and CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven, with strong follow-through.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or custom web development workflows.
