Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through helpline calls, Messenger, emails, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer questions, complaints, and service requests.
  • Record and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and industry trends to deliver informed and professional customer support.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.


Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Sinhala, and Tamil is mandatory.
  • Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level.
  • Age between 18–35 years.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
