Job Responsibilities 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical engineering products and solutions. 
  • Promote and sell electrical systems, automation solutions, power control equipment, testing and measuring devices, and related services. 
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product or solution presentations. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders. 
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies. 
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and project execution. 
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in the electrical, engineering, industrial, or related sector.

  • Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and industry practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to customers.

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
