Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical engineering products and solutions.
- Promote and sell electrical systems, automation solutions, power control equipment, testing and measuring devices, and related services.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product or solution presentations. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and project execution.
Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

2–4 years of sales experience in the electrical, engineering, industrial, or related sector.

Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and industry practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to customers.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
-
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
