Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the Managing Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for official trips.
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Act as liaison between the Managing Director, teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Provide inputs and reminders to support decision-making.

Requirements 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant (preferably in Service Sector).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
