Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for official trips.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Act as liaison between the Managing Director, teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Provide inputs and reminders to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 6 - 8 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant (preferably in Service Sector).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
