Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value on cost, quality, and lead times.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory transaction records in the ERP system and coordinate with finance for invoice matching and timely payments.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal stock levels, and avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual terms, and audit requirements while driving cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in a senior or managerial capacity.
  • Hands-on SAP experience in purchasing and inventory transactions is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, supplier management, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
