Business Development Manager -  Heating & Cooling

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for boilers, chillers, compressors, and DG sets across Sri Lanka.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and consultants.

• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales orders.

• Study market trends and competitors to support sales strategies.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Prepare and follow up on business plans to meet sales targets.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Thermodynamics, or Environmental Engineering.

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in selling capital equipment or HVAC systems.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Good connections with industrial clients and ability to generate enquiries.

• Knowledge of market competition and customer needs.

• Willing to travel across the island for client visits and business development.
