Engineer – Solar Solutions & Surveillance Systems

Responsibilities

• Design, install, commission, and maintain Solar PV and CCTV/Surveillance systems.

• Conduct site surveys, load assessments, and technical feasibility studies for projects.

• Prepare technical designs, proposals, and system documentation.

• Ensure compliance with SLSEA, CEB/LECO, and other applicable regulatory standards.

• Execute system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and prepare operational and technical reports.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Renewable Energy, or a related engineering field.

• Proven experience in Solar PV system design and installation and/or CCTV & ELV systems.

• Strong knowledge of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar PV systems.

• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, networking, and monitoring systems.

• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling abilities.
