Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.

• Prepare financial statements, analyses, and forecasts to support management decisions.

• Monitor cash flow, payments, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders on financial matters.

• Support business planning and operational initiatives with financial insights.

• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in finance operations.

• Supervise and guide junior finance staff to maintain high standards of performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Masters degree preferred.

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CIMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Professional experience in finance management, ideally 10 years in progressive roles.

• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
