Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.

• Prepare financial forecasts, analyses, and insights for business planning.

• Oversee cash flow, payments, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.

• Support management in decision-making through financial analysis and recommendations.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high standards of performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CIMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Professional experience in financial management, ideally 15 years in progressive roles.

• Strong knowledge of finance operations, reporting, and controls.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments.
