Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of showrooms, warehouses, and head office operations.

• Review financial records, stock controls, and operational procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

• Identify risks, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.

• Prepare detailed audit reports and submit findings with recommendations to management.

• Follow up on corrective actions and monitor implementation of improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in auditing or accounting (retail industry experience is an added advantage).

• Good knowledge of internal control systems and audit procedures.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills

• Willingness and ability to travel to company branches when required

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

• Valid driving license and ability to ride a motorbike will be an added advantage.
