Order Management & Logistics Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Review customer purchase orders and obtain required price approvals before entering orders into the system.
- Accurately enter approved orders into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with customers and sales teams to submit payment proof to the credit department for order release.
- Liaise with production and sales teams to ensure timely production and delivery schedules are met.
- Coordinate with approved transporters and manage logistics arrangements as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and logistics activities.
Job Requiremets
- Minimum GCE A/L pass; Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or construction material industries.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems; familiarity with logistics software is advantageous.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes, and production.
