Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations for manufacturing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance workforce performance.
  • Manage performance appraisals, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture on the factory floor and in administrative areas.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and support production efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and occupational health & safety standards.
  • Proven ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, with strong reporting and analytical skills.
