Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and petty cash.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cashflow tracking.
- Support statutory compliance documentation (VAT, SVAT, PAYE/APIT, EPF/ETF).
- Provide reports and updates to senior finance staff as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work on Saturdays (half-day).
