The B2B Account Manager (Jersey) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with all business customers in Jersey, ranging from government departments and large enterprises to SMEs. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving revenue growth, and supporting the company's mission to accelerate the transition to renewable energy. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Account Manager will ensure solutions meet clients' operational and sustainability goals while navigating diverse customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Jersey business accounts, including government, corporate, and SME clients.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships by understanding client objectives and challenges.
- Deliver tailored renewable energy solutions that align with customer requirements and compliance standards. Sales
Strategy & Growth:
- Achieve individual and team B2B sales targets within the Jersey market.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools. Account
Planning & Execution:
- Develop strategic account plans for key Jersey business customers, outlining growth and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions tailored to local market needs.

Experience & Retention:
- Champion initiatives that enhance the B2B customer journey and improve overall experience.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Gather insights to inform product development and service improvements.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Track and report on account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, financial, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B account management or sales within energy, utilities, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with business clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of Jersey market dynamics and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Full clean driving licence with access to own vehicle
