Through personalized services and a deep understanding of design aesthetics, they cater to various clients, including homeowners, interior designers, and architects. Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and deliver outstanding client experience.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering an outstanding client experience and exceeding sales targets. He/she will be required to fulfill the following duties and key responsibilities:
- Create and implement focused sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, designers, and developers.
- Seek out and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the luxury home sector.
- Work closely with product and design teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving design concepts.
- Generate quotations and collaborate with designers to prepare drawings.
- Coordinate and oversee installation with subcontractors, ensuring completion upon handover.
- Manage the entire sales process from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Qualified to degree level in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related subject.
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience, preferably from a luxury retail or interior design industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of high-end furniture, design trends, and the luxury market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Highly motivated, results-driven and able to perform well and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
