Through personalized services and a deep understanding of design aesthetics, they cater to various clients, including homeowners, interior designers, and architects. Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and deliver outstanding client experience.


The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering an outstanding client experience and exceeding sales targets. He/she will be required to fulfill the following duties and key responsibilities:

  • Create and implement focused sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, designers, and developers.
  • Seek out and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the luxury home sector.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving design concepts.
  • Generate quotations and collaborate with designers to prepare drawings.
  • Coordinate and oversee installation with subcontractors, ensuring completion upon handover.
  • Manage the entire sales process from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent service.


Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related subject.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience, preferably from a luxury retail or interior design industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of high-end furniture, design trends, and the luxury market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven and able to perform well and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
