About the job Product Manager
Role Overview
- As a Product Manager at GoWabi, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy anddevelopment for both our B2C app and B2B/POS solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch impactful product featuresthat align with business goals and market needs. You will play a key role in ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for bothB2C and B2B/POS products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- End-to-End Product Management: Lead the product lifecycle, from concept and design todevelopment and market launch. Define and prioritize product features based on userinsights, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, andcustomer support to align efforts, ensure smooth implementation, and deliver high-qualityproduct releases.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors,using insights to identify opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics, A/B testing, and feedback loops to measureproduct performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Customer-Centric Development: Act as the voice of the customer, conducting user research and engaging with clients to inform product design and development.
- Product Marketing & Go-To-Market: Partner with marketing teams to define productpositioning, launch strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Product Launches: Lead successful product launches by coordinating cross-functionalactivities and monitoring post-launch performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or marketplace industry.
- Proven track record of driving product growth and delivering business outcomes.
- Experience working in agile development environments with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Familiarity with B2C and B2B/POS products is a plus.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
