Sell-out Strategy

  • Implement and drive Sell-out strategy of nationwide modern trade retail stores, traditional trade dealersand direct sales of brand stores (D2C) with 100+ promoters. (PC)
  • Deep drive and analyze competitor activities of retail, dealers, and D2C channel to maintaincompetitive advantage.
  • Manage sell-out data analysis & reports and monitor sell-out performance by channels and provide insights/action plans based on data trends and competitor analysis.
  • Manage budget and track BTL spending for sell-out activities and ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales department related with resources allocation (PC & POSM) forcampaigns promotions, product demos, activation sale events and popup store with promotionprogram to achieve sale targets
  • Drive promoter efficiency (cost per head) and set sell-out targets by channel by month
  • Manage and implement effective PC incentive scheme and steer manpower allocations ( Pool Promoter/ Demonstrator/ PC) to support in store activities and events for all sales channels
  • Monitor promoter efficiency and capability to level up sell-out productivity, including visit stores and PCregularly in each area and categorize PC performance grading to match with store grade
  • Manage PC recruitment with outsource company, monitor disciplinary and conduct relevant PCemployee activities (PC visit, New years party etc.)
  • Manage monthly PC meeting to deploy sell-out targets and incentive scheme approved by management
  • Develop and supervise PC training programs to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and customer-centric selling skills.
  • Lead Sell-out Team (4 Subordinates and 100+ Promoters)
  • Ensure and monitor product stock checking and availability at point-of-sale through coordination withsupply chain, sales team, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Leverage digital tools (e.g., sell-out tracking apps, CRM systems, planogram software) to monitor andenhance field execution.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align strategies and ensureend-to-end execution of sell-out initiatives
