As we continue to grow, we are expanding our offshore operations team in the Philippines and are looking for a detail-oriented Property Listing Specialist who will help ensure our property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other booking platforms are accurate, optimized, and performing at their best.

The Role
As the Property Listing Specialist, you will ensure our listings across major booking platforms remain accurate, optimized, and competitive.
Your work will directly impact occupancy rates, booking conversions, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Management & Optimization
- Publish and update listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, and direct booking platforms
- Optimize listing descriptions and content to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Ensure pricing, amenities, availability, and promotions are always accurate
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate property data across listing platforms and internal systems
- Monitor listing performance and generate reports on occupancy, revenue trends, and booking behavior
- Identify underperforming listings and recommend improvements
Content & Image Quality
- Organize and upload property images and listing content
- Ensure listing visuals and descriptions accurately reflect property features
- Coordinate with operations to update content when needed
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure listing accuracy
- Update listings quickly based on property availability or operational changes
What Were Looking For
We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with digital platforms and structured data.
Essential Requirements:
- 3–4 years experience in listing management, e-commerce content management, data entry, SEO optimization, or similar roles
- Experience with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, or Expedia
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Preferred
- Experience with Property Management Systems or channel managers (Hostaway, Guesty, Siteminder)
- Background in hospitality, real estate, or short-term rental operations
Engagement Details
- Type: Independent contractor (PH offshore)
- Compensation: AUD 1,300 – 1,500/month
- Schedule: Full-time, AU shift (flexible)
- Time Tracking: All contractors use Hubstaff for time and productivity tracking to ensure accuracy and transparency in work.
Selection Process
Initial Interview (30 to 45 minutes)
An initial conversation to learn about your background, experience, and professional goals. You'll also have the chance to ask questions about the engagement and the client.
Technical Live Assessment (60 to 90 minutes)
This stage evaluates your practical capabilities in sales outreach, lead qualification, and virtual negotiations, using real-world scenarios relevant to the scope of services.
Behavioral Interview (60 minutes)
Focuses on your communication style, cultural alignment, and how you build trust and relationships in a remote business environment.
Pre-Engagement Steps (10 - 15 minutes)
- IT Audit: To ensure compliance with technology standards and security protocols.
- Reference Check: We will contact your provided professional references to verify your history and capabilities.
