About Smart Suites

Smart Suites manages 100+ Airbnb-style suites across Brisbanes southern suburbs. We pride ourselves on clean, safe, guest-ready properties and were looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help us keep them that way.

The Role

You'll maintain outdoor areas, complete simple repairs, manage bins, trim gardens, support linen runs, and help with furniture setup across multiple properties. This is an active, outdoor role ideal for someone who likes practical work and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, trimming, weed removal
• Bin management (collection days, cleaning, reporting issues)
• Basic repairs (bulbs, loose handles, small fixes)
• Furniture moving/assembly
• Linen delivery support
• Reporting tasks via Zoho / Teams Approvals

What You Need

• 2 - 3+ years in maintenance, logistics, or similar hands-on roles
• Own transport (van may be provided)
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
• Basic repair and lawn care skills
• Reliable, punctual, good communicator
• ABN preferred (support available)
• Willing to undergo background check
