Hours: Monday Thursday, 7:30am 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am 3:30pm (
Flexibility required occasional evenings/weekends as business needs demand
Salary: From £13.83 per hour (DOE) + overtime opportunities.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality Technician to join our production team. You will play a key role in ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards and is completed to exact specifications before presentation and delivery to the customer.
Key Objectives

Ensure all products are completed to specification.

Carry out detailed quality checks on finished products.

Complete final inspections before customer handover.

Verify products meet type approval.
-
Produce and send quality reports for each finished product.
Responsibilities

Maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Adhere to all Health & Safety rules and regulations.

Uphold high standards of housekeeping in the production area.

Minimise waste by efficient use/disposal of raw materials and consumables.

Support production teams to meet quality and output targets.
Personal Attributes & Experience
This role is suited to an organised, proactive, and hands-on individual with:

Previous manufacturing experience (ideally within the trailer industry).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising standards.

Skilled use of hand tools.

Strong organisational and communication skills.
