Job description :
1. Aftersales Support for VIP & VVIP Customers
2. Customer Relationship Management for VVIP dan VIP Customers
3. Complaint Handling & Reputation Management
4. Complaint Processing & Follow-Up Actions
5. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring & Analysis
6. Reporting
Qualification :
1. Female, single, and maximum 25 years old.
2. Good appearance with a minimum height of 165 cm.
3. Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is a must.
5. Work experience in the telecommunications industry is required.
6. Willing to work under a third-party contract arrangement.
