Head of Manufacturing Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of solution architects in developing advanced automation solutions for the manufacturing industry.
2. Front-end discussions and presentations to VP and C-level executives of clients.
3. Develop competitive techno-commercial proposals outlining the benefits to clients.
4. Drive the implementation of Industry 4.0 solutions within the manufacturing sector.
5. Build and lead a technical expertise team to ensure the successful deployment and integration of solutions.
6. Ensure the team is aligned with business objectives and targets.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing and ICT solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Extensive experience in ICT solutions and their application in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to develop competitive techno-commercial proposals.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially when interacting with VP and C-level executives.
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive team success.
