  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders​
  • Must have a keen understanding of user behavior preferences. and be able to create targeted & effective digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement & conversion​

Job Description:

  • Define the Partnership positioning within Games & Carrier Billing Payments, seek requirements from stakeholders and look for potential partners​
  • Manage day-to-day inquiries partnership functions such as collaboration in product, marketing, brand, IT, network and delivery channels​
  • Involved in customer journey & experience, making sure the journey and experience of channel contribute to revenue growth​
  • Develop plans and execute functional strategies for many type of partnerships coordination and integration across multiple units, ​
  • Give feedback post execution on customer acquisition and marketing initiatives.​
  • Daily monitoring of business performance thru partnership collaboration and utilizing dashboard, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.​
  • Track customer experiences and behaviours via metrics across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints​
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships​
