Primary responsibilities

  1. Formulate ICT Product business plan to meet the market demands & customer requirement to support enterprise business goals.
  2. Create and build product road map for ICT product and services
  3. Formulate ICT Product strategies including product management, lifecycle, segmentation, and other related initiatives in achieving revenue and business targets
  4. Design detail concept to drive product positioning, possibility of cross selling, product launches & promotional programs, product segmentation, and enhancement of product lifecycle
  5. Formulate the product benchmarking methods, also experience from the customer feedback to gather precise product differentiation in order to precise segmentation & penetration strategy.
  6. Formulate the refinement strategy to address current customer concern/issues also ensure ICT Products are still up to date in the market.
  7. Develop and execute targeted product strategies to support sales acquire new customer bases.
  8. Hand in hand with Enterprise Marketing Communication to develop marketing strategy, product launches & promotional programs that related to Strategic/Tactical Initiatives
  9. Propose forward-looking strategic recommendations how should Enterprise Business Group to stay ahead of the competitors
  10. Manage team for various roles to deliver business objective

Minimum requirement

  1. Bachelors degree in relevant fields.
  2. Proficient in ICT cloud products ( GCP, Azure, AWS) The candidate should be aware of the various aspects of each of the platforms, should know the capability spectrum of each of the platforms and should understand the utility of those features, the relevance of what is useful for whom.
  3. Should have worked with companies selling cloud services in product marketing, product development. Driving GTM and customer acquisition.
  4. Strong understanding of cloud business, cloud technology, compute, AI, ML, big data, dev ops, work load management. The candidate should have appreciation of these various subjects (does not need to be an expert). Should be able articulate with simplicity what AI or ML or Big Data means and where it used, what DevOps means and where it is used. Should have seen the use of different platforms.
  5. Strong techno commercial skills. A person with experience of Presales and Solution Development in the Cloud space is going to be an added advantage.
  6. Minimum 10 years experience working on connectivity products Connectivity product is not a must. It is more important to have experience in Presales or Solutions or Product Management. The person should have excellent marketing acumen, should know how to position a product or a solution, should understand how to identify markets that are relevant, what kind of industry segments are going to have the use for these solutions, be able to stand up and make good presentations to a large audience, be able to formulate good marketing strategies guide the marketing teams in developing effective events and programs, create interesting marketing tools that will help customers in understanding better.

Collaboration with other functions The person should be able to work with cross-functional teams, take people along, align team members to final goal, lead from the front and also be very disciplined and committed.

  1. Ensure service availability & reliability and seamless pre-sales execution

With Enterprise Marketing Communication:

  1. Hand-in-hand in developing marketing strategy and GTM of the product

With Product Development:

  1. Work closely with product development team to define order to cash cycle
  1. Exchange information & collaboration with product development to ensure strategy adheres with enterprise business goal

With Presales & Solution, Delivery & System Integration:

  1. Develop the sales toolkit
  1. Ensure the product details & manual are up to date

HR:

  1. Coordinate closely regarding teams OKRs
  2. Ensure recruitment, development, retention of talents, company culture optimal
