Job brief

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead & manage selling process through : Sales Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Improvement in Cluster, Distributor, Outlet, Territory & Branding Management, People Management. Also create selling technique, tools and/ creativity to boost up the sales achievement.

Responsibilities
Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Improvement
  • Translate regional sales business plan into cluster sales plan in order to achieve business target.
  • Monitor & evaluate the sales team to streamline & motivate through Journey Cycle with clear communication, strong leadership & discipline execution.
  • Perform monitoring & evaluation among Cluster sales team to ensure the day to day business execution are keep on the track.
  • Monitoring the sales activity to ensure compliance with selling process governance & policy.

Distributor, Outlet, Territory & Branding Management

  • Manage distributor & outlet (according to priority of outlet classification) through strong relationship to maintain and also creating the opportunity of scaling up the class outlet.
  • Plan, manage, monitoring the branding/event/direct acquisition initiatives to create demand & boost the sales volume also fulfill the BTS Revenue target (Cluster).
  • Monitor & ensure outlet branding program & materials (POSM) are fulfilled in accordance with branding standard.
  • Maintain the cluster & sub cluster productivity in order to gain high level of sales volume also increase utilization of low BTS revenue.

People Management

  • Monitor & maintain salesforce capability, morale, motivation, also fulfilment to ensure business continuity and pipeline leadership
  • Perform review on salesforce evaluation & rotation to keep the salesforce are put on the right place also reducing the salesforce attrition rate

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG industry
  • 2+ years of a leadership role in sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good ability to train people (coaching & mentoring)
  • Result oriented
  • Telco Product & Network Knowledge will be an advantage. 
  • Soft skills: Good analytical thinking, Strategic thinking, Leadership, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Project Management, Team Management, & Agility
  • Willing to be placed across Indonesia.
