IT Recruitment Specialist

Purpose.

Were looking for a proactive and driven IT Recruitment Specialist who knows the local market and loves finding the right people for the right roles. Youll be working closely with hiring managers, using smart tools, and playing a key role in how we build strong, high-performing teams.

What youll be doing:
Sourcing tech talent via LinkedIn, databases & networking
Screening candidates and conducting interviews
Managing pipelines in our ATS
Working with hiring managers 
Analyzing hiring data in Excel
Participating in recruitment automation 
Taking part in recruitment projects and process improvements

What we expect from you:
Min.3+ years of IT recruitment experience
Strong sourcing & interviewing skills
Solid knowledge of the IT job market in Azerbaijan
Russian, Azerbaijani + English (B2 level)
