Purpose.

A Junior Data analyst is responsible for using their knowledge of data processing software and business development strategies to provide sound business decisions to company Executives.

A Junior Data analyst gathers data from various sources and then reviews and interprets it using data analysis tools to provide meaningful information and insights to help businesses make better-informed decisions.

Junior Data analyst Requirements.

• A bachelors degree in computer science or a similar area of study is desired.
• 1+ years of experience in any of the positions: software/database / BI developer, business analyst.
• Experience in building SQL queries and/or stored procedures in a DBMS.
• Real experience in developing analytical reports, and applications on any of the BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense etc.).
• Experience in Python programming.
• Strong communication skills.

Junior Data analyst Responsibilities.

• Design and development of analytical applications on BI Platform.
• Collection and coordination of requirements for the analytical application.
• The creation of interactive management reporting and KPI dashboards on BI Platform.
• Demonstration of developed applications, and reports to business users.
• Combining data sources (databases, REST API applications) into a single data model.
• Communication with business users.
