Purpose:

Provide professional and polite customer support communication in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages, ensuring all data stored accurately for future reference. 

Requirements:

Language Skills

  • Excellent command of Azerbaijani, Russian and English
  • Knowledge of Turkish is a strong plus

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to communicate politely and professionally with clients

Analytical and Technical Skills

  • Strong information search and analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word)

Personal Qualities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Stress tolerance and adaptability
  • Responsible and well-organized

Education

  • Secondary or higher education

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily communication with clients and provide necessary support based on assigned tasks

Accurately input collected data into the appropriate fields or systems

Work according to pre-approved scripts when interacting with clients

Provide support and guidance using internal systems and tools

Search and retrieve all necessary information from the internet and other available resources to assist clients effectively
