Introduction to the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the business.In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support product and business growth.

What will you do?

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Support business and product teams with data-driven recommendations
• Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical tasks
• Create reports and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (mid-level)

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive approach and ownership mindset

Nice to have

Hard skills

• Experience in IT / Product / SaaS / FinTech / E-commerce companies
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of statistics
